1. Perlu pengenalan lebih dalam tentang Yesus
This world has a "pulling" spirit. It always pulls us towards evil. Yesus adalah Tuhan yang sesungguhnya. Bangun iman berdasarkan Firman Tuhan.

2. Matikan keinginan daging
Antara mendapatkan dan memelihara sama pentingnya. Keinginan daging = SAMPAH! Iblis tidak bisa curi Yesus yang ada dalam diri kita. Yesus cuma bisa keluar dari diri kita kalau kita yang menolak Yesus.
3. Perlu membuat hidup seimbang
Terpelihara = mengurus.
